Being stranded on a desert island with the Black Stallion and solving racetrack mysteries with Dick Francis has led Bev to a love of books featuring hoofed heroes. She is an award-winning author who combines her passion for horses with romance and intrigue. Bev's career includes working as a petroleum landman, fish broker, marketing executive, radio tracker, and horse trainer. She lives on the East Coast with her family and horses, and is diligently learning to rope.
